Farmer's Market in South Lake Tahoe on July 12 was a complete success! We completely sold out of our greens on site, and are thankful to our loyal customers. Thank you to Rick, General Manager of "The Naked Fish" restaurant, for being very creative with our sprouts. He stopped by our booth and enjoyed a free sample of our sunflower sprouts. He had to get these and he took them to his restaurant that same day... He used them as a garnish in his bloody mary drinks, and the customer's really enjoyed the taste and texture. Sprouts can be used with so much diversity. I actually saw someone use them at a Farmer's Market in Placerville on their hot dog. Thank you our many friends and patrons for the creative feedback!! We take custom orders of freshly juiced or just cut wheatgrass. One week advanced notice preferred.
